Tell us about any changes to your details

If you have applied to SAAS for funding to study a full-time Undergraduate course, Nursing or Midwifery course or Postgraduate course, please use the following instructions for how to notify us of any changes to your details:

(Please note: If you have applied for any of the above courses and have also applied for Disabled Students Allowance, you will also be required to use the following instructions).

To Notify SAAS of a Change:

To change your address, bank details or loan contacts - go to My Account and log in. Then go to Profile, as shown below to update these details online:-

If you have changed your name since you submitted your application, please go to My Account and select ‘Submit Enquiry’ on your dashboard.  You may also need to provide evidence of your name change such as a marriage certificate, new passport or driving license or a deed poll.

If you have changed your course/college/university or the year you are studying since submitting your application, please go to My Account and select ‘Submit Enquiry’ on your dashboard.  Please fully explain the new course title, level, course year and college or university in order for us to update this.

If you need to amend any other details you provided us or you want to cancel your application, please go to My Account and select “Submit Enquiry” and fully explain what you need us to update.

If you have not applied to SAAS for course funding, but have applied to SAAS for Disabled Students Allowance only, then please email the Disabled Students Allowance Team to notify us of any changes to your details.

If you have forgotten your password and/or email address and cannot access your online account, you can use our “forgotten your email address/password” services by going to My Account.
